All rentals must be returned 30 minutes prior to closing in order to be checked back in. Weekend rentals may be picked up starting at noon on Friday and returned by noon on Monday. Week rentals must be returned 30 minutes prior to store closing on the 7th day. There is a 200 refundable deposit on all rentals as long as there is no damage and are returned in the same condition as they left.
A cleaning fee may be applied if mechanics have to go beyond their “typical wipe down” of bike due to, mud, feces, concrete, etc. Reservations are recommended otherwise rentals are on a first come first serve basis. No refund/credit for returning bike earlier than rented for. Late fee will be applied to all items not returned by designated time. Customers ride at their own risk and must sign waiver.
Bonus offer for all rentals, we will apply 15% of your rental rate towards the purchase of a new bike, helmet, rack, or trailer, valid 1 week from return of rental. Discount does not apply to deposit or tax - only the rental rate.
