Return Policy:
Exchange/Store Credit Only: No Refunds
All Sales Final on the following items: Bikes, Car Racks, Trailers, Tools, Parts, Tires, Tubes and Gift Cards.
Exchanges/Store Credit must be accompanied by original receipt and packaging within 30 days of purchase date. No Exchanges/Store Credit on items listed above or if an item has been installed, used or damaged.
10% restocking fee may apply if original packaging is missing/damaged.
All Refunds, Exchanges, and In Store Credit are the sole discretion of Management.
Layaway/Special Orders:
Layaways require $100 non-refundable deposit on purchase less than $1000 and $200 non-refundable deposit on purchase over $1000. Layaway must be paid in full within 3 months of purchase or will be terminated. All Layaway deposits are non-refundable.
Special Orders require payment in full.
Sales Exclusions:
- Coupons and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts
- Offer good prior to tax
- Cannot apply discounts/coupons to items already on layaway
- Coupon must be surrendered at time of use
- Offer has no cash value and cannot be used to purchase gift cards
- Buy one get one sales- discount is given to equal or lesser valued item
- New bike purchase discounts are only valid towards bike accessories-not bikes
- Discounts/Offers valid towards in store only merchandise
